Shipping Policy

We want your HerLoving order to arrive quickly and without surprises. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays,
any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:
– United States
– Canada
– United Kingdom
– Australia
– European Union
– Most other international destinations

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time varies by destination. The following are estimated transit times after dispatch:

– United States: 7–15 business days
– Canada: 7–15 business days
– Australia: 7–15 business days
– United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
– European Union: 10–18 business days
– Other international destinations: 10–18 business days

Rural & Remote Deliveries

Some rural deliveries may require pickup at your local post office.
Please allow 1–2 additional business days for remote areas.

Please note: Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business days processing time it takes for the order to ship out. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak season volume. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

4. Where We Ship From

HerLoving orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse facilities.
As an international brand, orders may ship from our fulfillment centers
in Asia or partner logistics hubs depending on product availability.
Delivery time estimates above already account for international transit
and standard customs clearance.

5. Shipping Costs

– US Free shipping on orders of $59+USD For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee of $6.98USD will be charged and displayed at checkout.
– CA Free shipping on orders of $89+CAD For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee of $9.99CAD will be charged and displayed at checkout.
– AU Free shipping on orders of $99+AUD For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee of $9.99AUD will be charged and displayed at checkout.
– UK Free shipping on orders of £49+GBP For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee of £5.98GBP will be charged and displayed at checkout.
– MX Envío Gratis en Pedidos de $1,299+MXN For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee of $99MXN will be charged and displayed at checkout.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

⚠️ Important Notice for International Orders:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local government upon entry of your package. These charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout and are determined entirely by your local customs authority.

– We are unable to estimate or guarantee the exact amount of duties or taxes for your specific country.
– These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
– If a package is refused, returned, or destroyed due to non-payment of duties, any resulting fees will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are uncertain about applicable charges.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have a HerLoving account, you can also log in and view your tracking information from your order history page.

Still haven't received your tracking info?
– Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
– If you still cannot find it after 5 business days from your order date, contact us at support@herloving.com with your order number.

8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@herloving.com. We can update your address at no charge provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately at support@herloving.com. We will process the cancellation and provide a full refund with no handling fees. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

– If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check all delivery locations and contact your local carrier.
– herloving.com is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
– If your package appears lost in transit (tracking not updated for more than 10 business days), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
