At herloving, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. The quality of our products is strictly controlled and meets international production standards. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review the product pages for further details and select the size, color, and style carefully. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or request a refund. Please read our refund and return policies below to familiarize yourself with the terms and procedures.
Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving the package. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The items must be in their original, unused condition, and all original packaging and labels must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
- If the item(s) is/are damaged or defective, please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, attach photos as evidence.
- Please note that some products may be excluded from returns:
- All panties or handmade items with custom features.
- All sale items or items purchased with a gift card or credit.
- Products with stains, perfume odor, or deformities, and packaging that is damaged.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the package. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- If our products exhibit clear quality issues, such as loose or split seams, open hems, cut or loose elastic bands, loose or worn-out fasteners, etc., herloving regrets this and will actively work to resolve the issue. We will refund the full amount, and you do not need to return the item.
- If the return is for personal reasons, our company offers two useful solutions:
- We will refund 100% of your fees, provided you can cover the return shipping costs.
- We will refund a partial amount (20β50% of the payment), and you can keep the item.
Defective products sold under sale or promotional discounts are eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will process the refund and credit your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuerβs policies. If your account has changed over time, we recommend notifying us as soon as possible.
Refund Processing Time:
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-price items within 60 minutes of placing the order.
- Refunds for PayPal accounts: 5β7 business days.
- Refunds for credit card payments: 5β7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We will only replace items for freeβwhether defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange a product for personal reasons within 60 minutes of payment, please contact us immediately at Herloving@hotmail.comΒ and place a new order to ensure you receive it soon.
- If you wish to change your item for personal reasons within 7 business days of receiving the product, please contact us at Herloving@hotmail.com. We will then offer the best solution for you.
Return Process
To return your product:
- Please email us at Herloving@hotmail.comΒ with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange, and include relevant materials.
- We will provide you with the address of the nearest warehouse and initiate the return and exchange process.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items.
Shipping Costs:
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Additional Note:
- For products valued over $10, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We encourage our customers to carefully read our return and refund policies and ensure that all items can be returned.
- In the case of miscommunication or other reasons, the terms and conditions of our return and refund policy will prevail.
Package Not Received
If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, the customer must contact us with proof that they did not sign for the package, including the tracking number, postal symbols, and response letters. We will then investigate where the item went.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
