Shipping Information
We place great importance on delivering your items as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping address, the availability of your items, and the time of your order.
The delivery time of an order is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Time: 6-13 business days
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as the shipping and payment details.
Additional Note:
Due to shipping carrier policies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates for Express Shipping orders.
Processing Procedures
All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via a courier service with full tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days, depending on the country or region.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the item as soon as it is back in stock.
Track Your Shipment
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping details will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, the shipping information may not be immediately updated at this time).

Check your spam folder β sometimes emails can end up there.
If you already have a herloving account, you can also find your tracking number there.
Still not seeing it? Donβt worry β simply contact our customer team and they will handle the matter for you.
Changing Your Delivery Address
Customers are advised to ensure that the entered delivery address is correct. In case of any errors, there is always a small window where you can correct a wrong delivery address. If you would like to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at Herloving@hotmail.com
Shipping Notification
Due to the nature of the express industry, delays are often unavoidable. The above shipping times are for reference only, and certain delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Typically, the seller is not responsible for address errors or packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe that the goods have been delivered incorrectly, we recommend filing a complaint directly with the carrier.

Customs and Taxes
You are required to pay import duties and taxes according to local laws and restrictions. These are not displayed as part of the final price at checkout.
If a package is returned or destroyed because you refuse to pay customs fees, the resulting costs will be deducted from your order.
